Laser Cutting
It is one of the most used processes in the industrial sector. It o ers high precision cutting, versatility, agility and e ciency.

Cutting
capacity
- We cut materials from 0.0010″ to 1″ thick.
- Dimensions up to 1.5m x 6m. Positioning accuracy: 0.0004″.
Volume of production
- High mix – low volumen.
- Low mix – high volumen.
- We can cut from one part or thousand pieces.
Parts we produce
- We can cut plates and sheetmetal. We can cut tubular profiles, beams, angles and Steel channels.
- Parts that were already stamped. 2D and 3D parts.
- We can manufacture our own devices for complex laser cutting.

Cutting

CNC bending
Precision in long and short lengths. Repeatability from part to part. We have a wide range of tooling for complex bends. We have the capability to manufacture our own tooling for special bends.

Crowning tonnage adjustment and bending compensation is completely automated.
CNC Machining
We mainly count with a 3-axis machining center, allowing a better surface nish, for the machining of complex geometry parts, including mold cavities or aerospace parts.

We are able to certify any process with any speci cation for AWS.
Powder coating
We apply powder paint through different systems such as: epoxy, polyester, transparent, hybrid, polyurethane.
Marking laser
We give the final touch to your pieces with state-of-the-art laser marking machines..
NDT
We have Leavel 2 inspection personnel for FPI,
Penetrant Liquids Inspection, certified under AWS (American Welding Society
